We have been offering ICT training to the voluntary sector since April 2006. Courses are subsidised through funding, and are all based in central locations. i-TRUST use qualified, experienced tutors that specialise in different fields to teach a range of programmes at various levels. i-TRUST offers flexible tutoring to enable your training to suit your needs: this includes one to one teaching, training in your work place, at home, or in the shuttle – learning does not have to be in a typical classroom environment!

On-Site Training
The sessions accommodate all user levels of IT from beginners to advanced. The tutors come along to your working environment and are happy to answer questions throughout the day and will send notes on what has been covered (on request). The tutors will demonstrate various ways to use an application and then set appropriate examples for you to follow and practice the skills you have learnt.If there is a specific area you would like covered please contact us or the tutors prior to the visit to enable them to prepare the materials to suit your/your organisations specifications. Applications covered are, Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word Processing, Publisher, Access Database, E-mail/Outlook, Websites,
Internet, and Computer Maintenance.
