i-TRUST offers the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) affordable ICT support through its Circuit Rider project. An i-TRUST support contract will meet the needs of your organisation because we take time at the start of our working relationship to understand what you have to achieve in order to deliver your services.

Peace of mind comes as standard with all our support contracts.  

Performing an ICT Health Check Audit is a fundamental part of the service; understanding what you have is as important as knowing what you have to do. After the Health Check we will write a report on the current status of your ICT equipment, and make recommendations if necessary on how things can be improved to get the best out of your system and bring all machines up to an acceptable standard. i-TRUST will then offer you a support package that meets your requirements. There is a small charge for carrying out the Health Check Audit, but if you take up the Silver Support Contract* or above this fee is waived. In addition to onsite and telephone support i-TRUST will also help you develop an ICT Strategic Plan.

We offer three main support packages;

Bronze  (£500 annual fee - 12 Hours Telephone Support p.a. & 4 Hours Onsite Support p.a.)
Silver    (£1000 annual fee - 24 Hours Telephone Support p.a. & 12 Hours Onsite Support p.a)
Gold      (£1500 annual fee - 36 Hours Telephone Support p.a. & 24 Hours Onsite Support p.a.)
All Prices are quoted ex VAT.

We can also provide bespoke packages for very small
organisations as well as large organisations covering multiple sites.
Support work can also be undertaken on a purely ad-hoc basis.

* Under the Silver Level and Gold Level Service Agreement, an initial ICT Audit Health Check is
included free of charge. This covers one site only. Satellite offices will be surveyed on a chargeable
basis at the rate of £120.00 for up to 10 machines, and £225.00 for sites with 11 - 30 machines.
Larger sites will be priced individually on request.
